Courtney Wiggins

Courtney works closely with her clients to develop personalized estate plans and guide them through the estate administration process.

Courtney concentrates her practice in estate planning and administration. She represents clients to prepare wills, trusts, healthcare power of attorney, living wills, financial power of attorney and other estate planning documents. With Courtney’s advice and guidance, you get a personalized estate plan tailored to your goals.

Courtney also represents Executors and Administrators to help them effectively and efficiently navigate all aspects of the estate administration process, including probate, transfer of assets, payment of taxes and distributions to beneficiaries.

Courtney is an active member of the Chester County, PA community. She is the Chester County Coordinator for the Wills for Heroes program, which provides free estate planning documents to first responders and military veterans. Courtney lives in West Chester, PA with her husband and two children.

• Assisted an Executor with probate, transfer of assets, preparation of and filing of Pennsylvania Inheritance tax, distribution to beneficiaries and closing of estate.

• Assisted an ancillary Executor with the transfer of local real estate in an out-of-state decedent’s estate.
